How can I pay?
Cash, Debit/Credit card, Bacs or Cheque.
New customers must pay a minimum of 50% deposit with the remaining balance payable on receiving the printed garments. Terms may be given for those customers that order with us on a regular basis.
Do you supply blank garments?
Yes. We provide a specially selected range of printable garments. Please refer to our blank garments section.
Can I see samples before I order?
Yes. Customers can see samples of both blank garments and previously printed and embroidered stock.
We can also produce a sample of your proposed print at an additional cost.
Can I provide my own garments?
Yes. However we may charge a handling fee depending on the number and brand of garments used.
How do I get a quote?
Please refer to the 'Get a quote' section of the website.
What is you maximum print run?
We usually handle jobs up to one thousand prints. Everything is printed by hand and jobs over one thousand tend to cause blisters!
Can I have a variety of garments printed in one print run?
Yes. You can mix sizes, colours and styles within a print run.
Do you only print onto clothing?
99% of the prints we provide are onto fabric. However we can print onto other materials. If you have an unusual request let us know and hopefully we can help.
Do you supply T shirts that are specifically fitted for women and children?
Yes. We have a variety of garments for both women and Children - please see our garment section.
Can I get help with my artwork?
Yes. We provide a design service which can help with any design issues. This is usually charged based on an hourly rate.
What is the turn-around time?
Seven working days from confirming the order. Jobs can be produced quicker depending how busy we are at the time.
Can I get my T shirts / garments relabelled?
Yes. We supply and replace woven labels. Please see production techniques for more information.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We charge £5.00 for delivery in Manchester city centre.
Prices vary on the size of the order for anywhere else in the UK and overseas.
Can I visit you at your workshop?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a time. The shop can get extremely busy and we can’t always guarantee that we will be free to talk through your job.
Is there parking outside your workshop?
Yes. There is a loading bay that is ideal for collections. There are also pay and display parking bays immediately opposite the shop.
What are your opening times?
Our opening times are Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm and on Saturdays 10am until 1pm.
We are closed on Sundays.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order for all printing and embroidery is ten per design.
This can be spread out over different garments.
What is the biggest size you can print up to?
A3 is usually the maximum print area, although in some cases depending on the customer’s artwork and print process we do exceed this.
Do you have a catalogue of artwork designs that I can choose from?
No. We don’t have a catalogue of designs from which you can choose from. Customers would usually supply their own artwork. We do have an experienced artwork team that can help develop your idea however this is a chargeable service.
